The Chateau team along with Executive Chef, Christian Ives, is always researching and tasting wines from around the World to compliment his Empire- Fusion style. This year we are looking forward to elevating our Farm to Table experience by offering our “Still to Grill” concept by integrating our three family businesses. This concept uses spent mash from Saint Lawrence Spirits, our on-site distillery, to feed Red Stag and Black Angus from our family farm, Lucky Star Ranch.  We feel passionate about providing local and sustainably grown products from our farm in our Spirits and also at the “Chateau”.  Chef Ives uses this unique opportunity to combine World-Class Wines and exceptional local food to create a degustation for an immersive food “journey”.

Offering our guests the opportunity to meet one-on-one with our Wine Director to set up an exclusive “Wine and Whiskey Keep” allows access to their favorite selections and private wine tasting events. We were honored to receive an Award of Excellence in 2018 and are always looking to evolve and improve our wine selections.
