This will be a 5 Course Degustation & Pairing featuring Laurent-Perrier Champagne, Saint Lawrence Spirits Craft Cocktails, Wine & Porto. The Dinner will feature Mascarpone Mousse & Maine Diver Scallops, Bone In Chicken Confit & Black Winter Truffles, Venison & Maine Lobster Roulade, Turbot with Jumbo Lump Crab & Capers and last but not least a Study Of Chocolate to end the evening.
