VODKA COCKTAILS

Riverside Rosemary Mule

2 oz VODKA
2 oz Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3 oz Ginger Beer
1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
Sliced Grapefruit Optional
 
Fill Copper Mule with ice. 
Stir in ingredients. 
Garnish with Rosemary and Grapefruit.

St. Larry’sMango Peach Palmer

2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Simple Syrup
Tea Fortē Mango Peach Tea
Lemonade
Lemon Wedge
Peach Wheel
 
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Pour 2 oz. vodka, 1 oz. simple syrup, and equal parts Mango Peach tea and lemonade. Pour into a shaker tin and shake twice. Pour back into mixing glass and garnish with a lemon wedge and peach wheel.
 

Lucky Mule

1 oz Vodka
0.5 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
4 Cucumber Slices
4 Mint Leaves
Ginger Beer
 
Muddle Vodka, St. Germain, Cucumber Add Ice. Strain into Copper Mug. Top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with Cucumber.
 

Cranberry Gimlet

2 oz Saint Lawrence Spirits Vodka
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
1/2 oz Agave Nectar
Lemon Twist or Fresh Cranberries for Garnish
 
Combine all ingredients over ice in shaker. Shake vigorously and pour in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with Lemon Twist or Fresh Cranberries. 

Apple Sin Martini

1-1/4 oz Saint Lawrence Spirits Vodka
1/2 oz Dekuyper Red Apple Liqueur
1/2 oz Dekuyper Cinnamon Liqueur
1/2 oz Butterscotch  Liqueur
3 oz Apple Cider
 
Combine all ingredients over ice in shaker. Shake vigorously and pour in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a Cinnamon Sugar Rim. 

The Great Gatsby

1-1/4 oz Saint Lawrence Spirits Vodka
1 oz Lillet Blanc
2-1/2 oz Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
Orange Slice for Garnish
 
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until cold then strain into ice filled glass. Garnish with orange slice.

Autumn Collins

1-1/2 oz Saint Lawrence Spirits Vodka
2 oz Unfiltered Apple Juice
Dash of Fresh Lemon Juice
Apple Slices for Garnish
 
Combine all ingredients over ice in shaker. Shake vigorously and pour over ice in highball glass. Garnish with apple slices.

Rosé Spritzer

1 oz Saint Lawrence Spirits Vodka
2 oz Coyote Moon Marquette Rosé
1/4 oz Myer's Lemon Sage Simple Syrup
Club Soda
 
Combine ingredients in a highball glass over ice, top with Club Soda. Stir to combine.

GIN COCKTAILS

Adrift

1.5 oz Anchored American Gin
.75 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
.75 oz hibiscus and earl grey syrup (recipe below)
5-7 drops orange bitters or grapefruit Bitters
 
Shake in shaking tin, strain over ice in double old fashioned glass. Garnish with lemon peel or Grapefruit peel
 
Hibiscus and Earl Grey Syrup
2 cups water
2 cups white sugar
.25 cups earl grey tea
.5 cups dried hibiscus flowers
 
Heat water, steep hibiscus and earl grey about 15 minutes. Strain. Stir in sugar.

Toe the Plank

1.5 oz Downbound Gin
.5 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
.75 oz chamomile syrup (recipe below)
5-7 drops Angostura bitters
 
Stir in mixing glass with ice. Strain into double old fashioned glass over ice. Garnish amply with mint.
 
Chamomile Syrup
2 cups water
2 cups white sugar
2 tablespoons dried chamomile flowers
 
Heat water, steep chamomile about 15 minutes. Strain out chamomile. Stir in sugar.

 

Sugar Shack G&T

2 oz Penet Square Terroir Gin
0.5 oz Maple Syrup
Tonic Water
 
Stir Ingredients Over Ice In Double Old Fashioned Glass. Garnish with Honeycomb or Maple Candy (Optional).

French 75

1.25 oz New York Dry Gin
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
Top with Prosecco
 
Shake & Strain into Coup Glass. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with Lemon Peel.

Anchored Mule

2 oz American Anchored Gin
1 Slice Grapefruit
2 Slices Cucumber
Ginger Beer
 
Muddle Grapefruit & Cucumber In Shaker Tin. Shake with Ice And Gin. Pour into Ice Filled Collins Glass & Top With Ginger Beer.

Raspberry Nipperkin

1.5 oz Downbound Gin
1 oz. Simple Syrup
Tea Fortē Raspberry Nectar TOI
Raspberries
Fresh Rosemary
 
In a shaker tin, muddle 4 raspberries, 1/2 rosemary sprig, 1 oz. Simple Syrup, and a few ice cubes. Add 1.5 oz of Downbound Gin, and lightly shake. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Fill with raspberry nectar tea. Garnish with 2 raspberries on a pick and a rosemary sprig.

Melting Glacier

2 oz Anchored American Gin
1 oz Cranberry Syrup
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Mint Tea (Mint Leaves steeped in Hot water for at least 5 minutes. Usually 25 leaves per cup)
 
Combine Gin, Cranberry Syrup, and Lemon Juice in mug. Top with Hot Mint Tea. Stir and Garnish with a Lemon Slice.
 
Cranberry Syrup
Makes 6-8oz
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Hot Water
2 Cups Cranberries Roughly Chopped. 
 
Simmer for 20 minutes. Then strain to remove solids. Let it cool before use. 

Saffron Peach Martini

2 oz Downbound Gin
1 oz Saffron Peach Purée
1 oz Ginger Liqueur
Fresh Mint
 
Combine all ingredients over ice in shaker. Shake vigorously and pour in a lowball glass. Garnish with a mint leaves.

Moored in the Fog (a take on the classic Negroni)

1 oz Penet Square Terroir Gin
.75 oz Campari
.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
Orange Peel
 
Stir in mixing glass with ice. Strain into double old fashioned glass over big ice. Express orange peel into glass, rub peel on outside of glass, place in glass.

ABSINTHE COCKTAILS

Waterwolf (A take on the classic Absinthe Frappe)

1 oz La Fée Rouge Absinthe
1 oz Verte Absinthe
0.5 oz maple syrup
 
Shake in shaking tin with healthy scoop of ice. Double strain into coupe glass with sliced cucumber garnish.

St. Lawrence Sazerac

2 oz Rye Knot Whiskey
.5 oz La Fée Rouge Absinthe
.5 oz Demerara syrup (recipe below)
7 drops Peychaud's bitters
 
Stir in mixing glass over ice, strain into chilled double old fashioned glass. Express oils from lemon peel in glass, wipe peel around glass, place in glass
 
Demerara Syrup
2 cups water
4 cups demerara sugar
 
Heat water, stir in demerara sugar gradually to incorporate. Do not let reach boil. Once sugar is incorporated, remove from heat.

The River Monster

1 oz Verte Absinthe
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice 
Water
 
Stir Ingredients Over Ice In Double Old Fashioned Glass. Top with Water. Garnish with Cucumber Slices.

Saint Lawrence Sunrise

1 oz Blanche Absinthe
2 oz Orange Juice
Water
Splash of Grenadine
 
Stir together Absinthe, Orange Juice and Water over Ice. Add a splash of grenadine to settle at bottom of the glass. Garnish with Lime.

WHISKEY COCKTAILS

Captain's Flask Smash

2 oz Captain's Flask Bourbon Whiskey
1/2 oz Maple Syrup
1/2 Lemon Wheel
Mint Leaves
 
In mixing glass muddle Lemon Wheel. Add Whiskey, Maple Syrup, Ice & Shake! Strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Slap Mint and add to glass as garnish! Enjoy!

(The Perfect) Old Fashioned

2 oz Ryesing Tide Whiskey
1/2 Orange Wheel
1 Cherry
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
Splash of Club Soda
 
Muddle Orange & Cherry in rocks glass. Add Whiskey, Simple Syrup and Splash of Club Soda. Stir & Enjoy.

Harvest Cocktail

1-1/2 oz Wheelhouse Whiskey
1 oz Amaro
1/2 oz Clement Orange Liqueur
Orange zest
 
Stir together all ingredients. Garnish with Orange zest.

The 'Rol & Rye

1-1/2 oz Rye Knot Rye Whiskey
1-1/2 oz Aperol
Club Soda
 
Combine Rye Whiskey and Aperol in a highball glass over ice, top with Club Soda. Garnish with an orange wheel. 

Maple Whiskey Cider

2 oz Ryesing Tide Whiskey
1 oz Maple Syrup
2 oz Fresh Local Apple Cider
1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
 
Combine all ingredients over ice in shaker. Shake vigorously and pour in a lowball glass. Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick and an Apple Slice. 

Hunter's Harvest Cocktail

1 oz Captain's Flask Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
Dash of Chocolate Bitters
Smoked Clementine
 
Combine all ingredients over ice in shaker. Shake vigorously and pour in a lowball glass. Garnish with a smoked clementine.
